Fratelli originally began as "Smith Garner," a venture between all five Smith brothers. Smith Garner set up in Atlanta in the 1970s and was able to quickly gain high-end clients like Coca-Cola and Rich’s. Our name acknowledges our strong familial bond and our parents’ history. During World War II, our father was sent to Tripoli, Libya. He met our mother, promptly fell in love, and the rest is history.

Our clients become family, as they are known to remain with us as their careers take them from company to company. They come to us because of our experience and our reputation; most have found us by word of mouth. They know that we provide a collaborative environment and that we love and enjoy the creative world of photography. We have extensive experience with all types of clients: from small businesses to international corporations. No matter who you are or what your needs, we provide a high-quality photography experience, resulting in exceptional and exquisite photos. We understand and are respectful of budgets. No matter what, all decisions remain with our clients.

Since 2002, we have been based out of a 5,600 square-foot studio located in the award-winning Lumberyard Lofts in Atlanta's westside. Our studio provides numerous amenities to accommodate all types of sessions. On-site carpentry allows us the ability to mold the perfect photo setting. We offer a full-sized, professional kitchen with several deep freezers for clients who choose to ship products ahead of time. Within an arm's reach, we house an extensive prop inventory, which includes tables, dishes, and silverware, as well as large windows for daylight shots.
